The ones of you that actively follow us in our different channels have seen that we have hired many new co-workers over the past six months. We took some time and sat down with two of them to see what their experience at Quickchannel has been like so far. The two that we have chosen to speak to are Tina Bergdahl, HR and recruitment, and Ted Karlstrand, Account Manager.

Let’s start with Tina:

  1. Why did you choose to start at Quickchannel?

Yeah, why Quickchannel..? I was excited by the spirit at Quickchannel – from what I gathered from the interviews with CEO Viktor Hedström and the founder Richard Zembron, but also the product itself. Even though I work with the people and everything that has to do with recruiting the product still matters to me. Quickchannel provided me with the opportunity to finally be able to work with EVERYTHING I find the most important, fun and stimulating. The complete package!

2. Describe Quickchannel with three words.

Welcoming – Determined – Thriving.

3. What is the craziest/quirkiest/most fun thing that has happened since you started?

I haven’t experienced anything that I would call crazy or quirky. I do, however, have fun every day at the office. It is everything from working with the different departments to the After Work on Fridays. Who knows, maybe my answer will be different after the company conference in Spain in a few weeks…

  1. Why did you choose to start at Quickchannel?

I chose to start working at Quickchannel because I quickly felt it was a hard working organization with aggressive targets for the future. Quickchannel also put a lot of emphasis on supporting each other within the company and to have fun along the way. In the end it was an easy choice.

2. Describe Quickchannel with three words.

Happiness – Development – Co-operation.

3. What is the craziest/quirkiest/most fun thing that has happened since you started?

There are a lot of fun things happening daily at the office, but if you want to take part then my tip would be to apply for one of the open positions and cross your fingers you are lucky enough to be part of the Quickchannel team.
